Who can send me a message?

People you are connected to, people whose introduction you accepted, and anyone you share a piece of work with. Everyone else has to send an introduction first.

Step by step

1. 1Open Messages, then Requests.
2. 2Read the introduction. Attachments, links and contact details are not allowed while it is waiting.
3. 3Choose Accept, Decline or Block.
4. 4Accepting lets you reply. It does not add the person to your connections.
