- Does it cost anything to join?No. Joining, browsing, saving opportunities and building your profile are all free. We never take a cut of your fee, and there is no subscription.
- Why am I being asked to verify something?We only ask at the moment it matters — a telephone number before someone contacts you, a verified name before an introduction, payout details only when work is agreed.
- How do I save an opportunity to read later?Choose Save for later on any opportunity card. Everything you save waits for you on the Saved page.
- Who can send me a message?People you are connected to, people whose introduction you accepted, and anyone you share a piece of work with. Everyone else has to send an introduction first.
- Who can see my personal details?Only what you choose to show. Your contact details and verification documents are never shown on your profile.
- What if an opportunity or a person feels wrong?Use Report on the opportunity, the profile or the conversation. You can block the other party, and a person reviews every report.
- When am I paid for work I have done?Each payment belongs to one named piece of work. Once that work is approved, the payment for it moves to being sent to you.
- I am stuck. Can a person help me?Yes. Open Ask a person from any help page. A member of the team replies, usually within one working day.
