The rate you agree is the rate you are paid. We never take a percentage of your fee.
When an organisation hires
Paid by the organisation
Organisations pay a clearly shown service fee when an engagement is confirmed. The exact amount is shown in writing before anything is agreed.
Currency and tax
Shown up front
Amounts are shown in the currency of the engagement, with any applicable tax stated separately, before you confirm anything.
